We remain vigilant at identifying and placing before the members items of interest and concern.
Active membership ensures you have a voice at the table and truly become a part of our unique community.
Benefits of membership and fee details
You're already a member of YMHRA if you are an owner of property or a tenant residing in property located within the York Mills Heights boundaries. Refer to our Bylaws section for a more detailed description of members.

Members who pay their annual dues are entitled to vote during the annual general meeting. The suggested dues are either $30, $50, or $75, and you determine how much you'd like to remit.
Your membership dues support:

Events including the annual general meeting. Sign up for upcoming activities.

Newsletter and communication materials that provide information on our focuses and priorities, useful information, and upcoming events. Sign up for our electronic communications.

Ongoing website run and maintenance costs

Financial statement preparation, which is reviewed at the annual general meeting with attendees

Remit your dues through:

Interac eTransfer of $30, $50, or $75 sent to ymhrato@gmail.com (no password is required). Please include in the notes of the eTransfer your home address.

Cheque made out to York Mills Heights Residents Association along with a completed membership form.

EVENTS SUPPORT
We would love to hold more social events to bring people together. If you could help plan, coordinate, or help out at the events, please reach out.
MAIL DELIVERY
Some members may not have access to online communications. Occasionally we will distribute printed materials through the community. If you could help with that, it would be greatly appreciated.
JOIN OUR BOARD
New Board members are required as vacancies arise. While the board is elected annually at the AGM, let us know you're interested so we can begin discussions.
